REAL SOCIAL MEDIA DATING APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY
Real Incorporated (“Real”) is a dating, networking, and social media application catered towards young professionals looking to find long-term romantic relationships. Real is owned by the Shinjiro Group, LLC, and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your Personal Information, and complying with its obligations under applicable data protection law(s), including, but not limited to, the United States Privacy Act of 1974 (“US Privacy Act”) , Federal privacy laws, and state privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and Wyoming Genetic Data Privacy Act (“GDPA”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) for Real ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, record, organize, structure, store, adapt, alter, retrieve, consult, use, disclose, disseminate, or otherwise process ("Process") Personal Information when using our products and services, such as when you visit and use our website, application, or any website or application of ours that links to this privacy policy ("Services").
In this Policy, “Personal Information” is defined as information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, directly or indirectly, and any other information that is deemed Personal Information under applicable data protection law.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal Information You Disclose To Us
We Process Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.
Personal Information Provided By You. The Personal Information that we Process depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The Personal Information we Process and are displayed publicly include, but are not limited to the following:

Biographical information you choose to input into Real’s application;

Parenting status (whether or not you are a parent, stepparent, legal guardian, otherwise look after an individual under the age of 18 child (“Child” or “Children”));
Family plan (e.g., whether you want Children in the future);
Relationship goals;
Gender preference of party;
Date of birth; and
A minimum of 3 photos of yourself.
Additionally, you have the option to choose to enter and/or display additional Personal Information about yourself that we may Process. Such Personal Information includes:
Hometown;
Education level;
Alcohol, drug, and smoking habits;
Zodiac sign;
Dietary preferences;
Language preferences;
Religion; and/or
Exercise frequency.
Finally, Personal Information we Process that is not displayed publicly includes:
Tier eligibility
Subscription type; and
Phone number.
Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable data law, we may Process your Personal Information that some applicable data protection laws consider to be sensitive, or otherwise has the potential to harm an individual or organization if it's disclosed, misused, or accessed without authorization. Accordingly, we may Process your Personal Information related to your finances and/or geolocation.
Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. We may Process Personal Information related to your geolocation in order to perform our Services, so that we may match you with other users of the Service within your area in order to foster a potential romantic relationship. Indeed, that is the nature of the Service, and the geolocation information will only locate you in a general vicinity within 1 to 10 miles of your precise location to match you with other users of the Service.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will Process the information described in the applicable section(s) below or otherwise permitted by applicable data protection law(s).
As part of our identity verification process, Real collects facial data via video and/or image submission. This data is used solely for the purpose of authenticating the identity of users and enhancing platform safety.
Facial data is stored for a maximum of 7 days following verification. After this period, it is permanently deleted from our servers unless required by law to retain it for a longer period.
We temporarily retain facial data to (1) confirm authenticity of submissions, (2) review content in case of user reports or appeals, and (3) ensure platform integrity during the onboarding process.
Application Information. If you use our Services, we also may Process the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission, or otherwise permitted by applicable data protection law(s):
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's calendar, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Data. We may automatically Process device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and internet protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also Process information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s) as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
All Personal Information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information.
Personal Information Automatically Processed. We may automatically Process certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Log and Usage Data. Log and usage information is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically Process when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log information may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

We may share your Personal Information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, agents, or external party outside of the Shinjiro Group ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, often called or referred to as “data protection agreements (“DPAs”) which are designed to help safeguard your Personal Information. This means that they cannot do anything with your Personal Information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your Personal Information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the Personal Information they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct. When you share Personal Information (communicating with other user, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such Personal Information may be viewed ball users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our Services and register for our Services through a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our Services, and view your profile.
Offer Wall. Our application(s) may display a third-party hosted "offer wall.” Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on certain Personal Information, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our application(s). A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward.
DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. We will only do so in a manner compliant with applicable data protection laws. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services may offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.
We may use the Personal Information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. We will do so in a manner compliant with applicable data protection laws. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your Personal Information by your third-party social media provider. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and in a manner compliant with applicable data protection laws. When we have no ongoing lawful purpose of Processing your Personal Information prescribed by applicable data protection laws, we will either delete, anonymize, pseudonymize or otherwise encrypt such information in accordance with the law.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any Personal Information we Process in a manner compliant with applicable data protection laws. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, nonelectronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment. If the Company is notified of a data or security breach affecting your Personal Information, we will notify you accordingly, as required by law. The Company is not responsible for data or security breaches that it does not have knowledge of.

You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your Personal Information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.
Once a business receives your request, they are no longer allowed to use or disclose your sensitive Personal Information for any other purpose unless you provide consent for the use or disclosure of sensitive Personal Information for additional purposes.

Verification Process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
Financial Incentives
"Financial incentive" means a program, benefit, or other offering, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the disclosure, deletion, sale, or sharing of Personal Information.
The law permits financial incentives or a price or service difference if it is reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s Personal Information. A business must be able to explain how the
financial incentive or price or service difference is reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s Personal Information. The explanation must include:
a good-faith estimate of the value of the consumer’s Personal Information that forms the basis for offering the financial incentive or price or service difference; and

Verification Process
We may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify you and your consumer's request. If you submit the request through unauthorized agent, we may need to Process additional information to verify your identity before Processing your request.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty- five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45- day response period, together with the reason for the extension.
